Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant
The St. Paul Parish Community which includes the Harvard Catholic Center and St. Paul’s Choir School in Cambridge, MA, seeks a highly motivated, dynamic and well-organized individual to oversee the Parish administrative office. This position will report directly to the Pastor and Senior Chaplain and will be responsible for all activities that support the mission of the Parish and its vital role in the work of the New Evangelization. The Coordinator/Assistant will perform a variety of functions that include: providing a responsive initial contact for those seeking the services of the Parish, being responsible for parish communication through bulletin and web-site management, maintaining all parish records including sacramental records, management of the parish data-base and gift processing, along with the overall coordination and scheduling of a well-run and fast-paced office. This position will also provide vital support to the Pastor and Senior Chaplain including scheduling and correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree along with excellent communication skills and be a self-motivated, detail-oriented collaborator with strong computer skills including proven experience in word processing, email, spreadsheet, and Word Press web-site management.
