Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will be the lead database manager for our NetSuite software and data input, as well as provide excellent hospitality to all guests at the Fiat House Office and support the entire functioning of the Maggie’s Place staff.

• Database Management – Data entry, run reports, understand functionality of system; first point of contact for all things NetSuite including training the staff on database management
• Capturing donor information via prayer cards, etc.
• Edit and upload spreadsheets of in-kind donors into database management system
• Implement thank-you systems including merging batch reports, sending reports to home, complete in-honor / in-memory / special thank-yous as assigned by Executive Director
• Work with the Executive Director to determine how and when “special thank-yous” should be done
• Complete in-kind thank-yous for any donation dropped off at The Fiat House
• Manage Senior staff calendars and meeting agendas
• Board packet organization
• Answer phones, greet and extend hospitality to guests
• Manage cleaning service schedule
• Distribute mail
• Maintain office supplies
• Provide support to Annual Campaign
• Any other tasks / projects / roles assigned by the Executive Director or in need of support from Development Team
