Corpus Christi School is looking for a dependable administrative assistant who can work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Duties include: answering/screening calls; helping with registration of new and returning students; receiving/sorting mail; scheduling/coordinating meetings; greeting visitors; general administrative and clerical support; and other duties as requested by the office manager or principal.
Experience in an office, receptionist skills, computer skills, and creating/editing/proofing documents are a plus. Position requires the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clergy, faculty, students, and parents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email/internet usage and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
