Our Company is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to executive management, performing a wide variety of assignments ranging from composing and preparing confidential documents, correspondences, and critical reports. Providing operational support including duties such as screening incoming calls, maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and events including coordination of facilities, travel and catering. This individual will perform a variety of clerical duties such as maintaining files, ordering supplies, copying and faxing documents, opening and distributing incoming mail and special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting senior executives. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, organization,prioritization and follow-through. Extensive experience with meeting and travel preparation and planning. Demonstrated use of good judgement, initiative, flexibility and composure while working under pressure of frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information. Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Office. Must have the flexibility to work longer and weekend hours on occasion. (166)
