ACCOUNTS PAYABLE-PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT

Manages vendor files and records and makes vendor and other expense payments for all diocesan agencies and offices. In addition, manages the payroll function and recordkeeping including the processing of payroll for all diocesan employees on a bi-weekly basis.
High school diploma or equivalent with experience in payables and payroll. Must have familiarity with Excel and Word and be proficient in working with spreadsheets. Some college preferred. Must be able to multi-task, while working a heavy workload. This is a full-time position with benefits. Normal work week, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am through 4:30 pm.
