Responsible for all company sales activities including prospecting, presenting servicing offering and ongoing client support in assigned territory. Develop and implement marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned area. Work within the internal support teams for the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.


– Comprehensive knowledge of company service offering and target market

– Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

– Capability to office from home and travel regionally on a frequent basis

– Ability to present company service offering in person to clients

– Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone prospecting, direct mail, email, and networking

– Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed

– Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses

– Demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed business information

– Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within territory, including the use of contact management program to maintain accurate records

– Participate and contribute to the development of conference educational programs offered to prospects and clients

– Develop annual business plan in conjunction with company management
