Abortion Referral location – Planned Parenthood Express (PPE) McKinney Texas – Prayer and Witness Schedule

June 8, 2009

McKinney, TX (MetroCatholic) – The following is a message from Mark Feldman. Mark is the coordinator for the prayer vigil schedule at the PPE McKinney site.

The Mobile Sonogram Unit from Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (a pro-life, Christian center) comes to McKinney each Tuesday.  They park at Volvo Rentals (Highway 5 just north of 380 – next door to the McKinney Family Planning clinic) from 10am-1pm, and then near PPE Kohl’s (Eldorado and 75) from 2-5pm – next to the Wendy’s in that parking lot!

If you have the opportunity to talk to anyone and refer them there, it would be a great opportunity for the young mom to see that precious baby growing inside her and make the choice of life!  Please add this mobile unit to your prayer list.

Thanks to Carol Lenhard for the above message:

If a low-income woman (or, as Jesus called them, the poor) fails to get a flu shot, cervical cancer screening, mammogram, high blood pressure test, colposcopy, HIV test, Pap smear, diabetes test, high cholesterol test, cryotherapy or counseling because y’all bullied and intimidated her in the parking lot and dies as a result of not getting the only care she can afford, are you guys still allowed to call yourselves “pro-life”?

Do you even know that their education outreach programs teach abstinence?

And you’ve spelled the street name wrong, genius.

    Hi Lisa,

Poor can be defined in ways other than one’s financial stability.
Real pro-life people are concerned with ALL life.
No one connected with the group in this article “bullies” anyone. (I have been to that location and have witnessed pro-life persons being bullied though.)
Just because someone or some group offers something good, it does not mean that one should not recognize the other potentially damage or harm they offer.
You’re right. I mispelled it once out of twice. Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll get that fixed right away.

Lisa, also understand that the abortion business is Planned Parenthood’s “bread and butter” business that allows it to be able to afford to provide all of the services to the poor that you listed in your comment. When you think about it, it’s kind of sick. There are PLENTY of faith-based and public services to provide health care to the poor that do not murder the pre-born to fund their services.

I just wanted to thank each person that stands in the gap, in front of that abortion mill. You will always be in my prayers and I look forward to standing with you one day soon.

    Peace Be with You!
    Holy Spirit Parish
    Eric.

Ripping apart children is just wrong.

Eric you need to get your facts straight before saying that PPE is an abortion mill. Do your research first. PPE is an awesome clinic in Mckinney to help the comunity with low cost medical services. Some of these services such as low cost birth control is helping with the big problem of unwanted and unplanned babies. The way I see it is PPE is doing their part to help the situation. Standing in front of the clinic brings so much FREE advertising for the clinic. Thanks

Got something to say?
